Pangkarra is proudly a family owned and operated business, based in the Clare Valley, South Australia. The pasta is made from 100% durum wheat grown using sustainable farming methods incorporating organic fertilisers. The flour is milled using traditional stone milling methods to maintain the integrity of the whole grains.
